retrograde ejaculation

WHAT IS RETARDED EJACULATION?

This occurs when the semen is expelled backwards, that is, enters the bladder instead of going out through the penis to the outside during an orgasm. Although you still climax, you may have very little ejaculation or no semen. This ejaculation disorder causes what is called a dry orgasm that can be painful and interfere with a man's sexual life.

SYMPTOM:

Retrograde ejaculation does not affect the ability to have an erection or orgasm and sus signs and symptoms include the following:

  • Orgasms in which little or no semen is ejaculated (dry orgasms)

  • Cloudy urine after orgasm because it contains semen that has gone to the bladder

  • Inability to get a woman pregnant (male infertility)

CAUSES:

  • prostate surgery

  • bladder surgery

  • Radiotherapy in the pelvic area

  • spinal cord injuries

  • Diabetic neuropathy

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Parkinson's

  • Drugs such as risperidone, tamsulosin, among others.
